PINNING EFFECT OF LEAD LANTHANUM TITANATE THIN FILMS DEPOSITED ON DIFFERENT SUBSTRATES

Pinning effect of lead lanthanum titanate (PLT) ferroelectric thin films with excess PbO of 20 mol% has been studied for deposition on diffe rent substrates. Silicon, sapphire and quartz were used as substrates on which P t/Ti or LaNiO₃ thin films were deposited as bottom electrodes. Electron probe analysis results showed that there was still a certain amount of excess Pb in PLT films after annealing at 550 ℃ for 1 h, and the amount of it was dependent on the substrate used. The distribution of excess Pb in the films was investig ated by Auger electron spectroscopy depth profile. It was shown that the substrates and the bottom electrodes had significant effects on the content and distrib ution of excess Pb in PLT films. The excess Pb and its accumulation at the inter face between the film and bottom electrode may act as pinning centers and have a pinning effect on domains, which can be observed by abnormal P-E hysteresis loops and abnormal C-V curves. The excess Pb content in the films and the accumulation of Pb at the interface were high in PLT films deposited on Pt/Ti/S i, and considerable pinning effect was observed. As LaNiO₃ would absorb most part of the excess Pb in PLT films, the content of excess Pb in the films deposited on LaNiO₃/Si was very low and the pinning effect was hardly observed.     

用于双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机

建立了一台基于新研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机的双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像系统,重点介绍所研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机。为了在高时间分辨力的同时扩大时间测量范围,实现大面积两维空间高时间分辨取样测量,从而提高采样速率和更有效地发挥扫描相机的作用,设计和研制了一种大面积、高时间分辨力扫描变像管和一种重复频率高达1MHz的斜坡电压扫描电路。基于上述关键部件所研制的扫描相机具有重复频率高、扫描速度可调、时间分辨力高、工作面积大、非线性低、触发晃动小等优点。用钛宝石飞秒激光器作为激光脉冲源,通过脉冲提取器将76MHz的高重复频率降低为1MHz,采用可调延时器和标准具对扫描相机的时间分辨力、扫描速度和非线性进行标定。该系统的时间分辨力达到6.5ps,非线性为2.60%,可测量的时间范围从十几皮秒到几十纳秒。测量了若丹明6G和香豆素314两种标准荧光染料的荧光寿命,取得了与参考文献一致的实验结果。     

叶片扩压器进口安装角对离心压缩机性能影响的数值与实验研究

对不同扩压器进口安装角下离心压缩机的性能进行了实验研究,并详细计算分析了相应的流场分布。分析表明, 不同的进口安装角对压缩机的流动有较大的影响,压缩机的性能曲线也有不同程度的左右偏移;进口处较大的正冲角和负冲角均会在扩压器叶片表面出现大尺度的分离涡团;在给定的流量工况下,应存在一个最佳的进口安装角,使得扩压器效率最高;设计工况下,最高效率所对应的冲角并非为零。     

纳米复合固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-Fe_2O_3的制备及其催化合成硝基苯的研究

采用纳米化学技术制备了新型的纳米复合固体超强酸催化剂SO42-/ZrO2-Fe2O3,并用XRD、TEM进行了表征.结果表明:所研制的SO42-/ZrO2-Fe2O3催化剂为晶态纳米粒子,平均粒径为30 nm,分散性较好;当活化温度为580℃,反应温度为75℃,n(硝酸)/n(苯)=2,m(苯)/m(催化剂)=20,催化反应时间5 h时,硝基苯收率可达89.6%.     

POLYMERIZATION MECHANISM OF N-VINYLCARBAZOLE WITH CHIRALLY ORGANIC SALT AS CATALYST

The polymerization mechanism is described by the conductance changewith the time during the polymerization. The mechanism can be explained by the equi-librium feature (i.e. main ion-pairs) between the free ions and the ion-pairs dissociated bythe organic salt (-) Sp~/(*~+) (+) CSA~(*~-) (An asterisk represents the chirality) and the schemeof the polymerization process is described mainly by the charge transfer complexes havingchiral induction power.     

超声场下苯酚吸附相平衡和均相催化剂氧化降解实验研究

测定了常规条件和超声场条件下苯酚在活性炭上的吸附等温线,并研究了超声再生活性炭和均相催化剂氧化降解苯酚实验.研究结果表明,超声场作用下苯酚在活性炭上的吸附等温线降低,平衡吸附量减少,被脱附下来的苯酚及时被Cu2 和Fe3 型催化剂氧化降解,吸附剂得到更彻底再生,避免了二次污染,而且再生后的活性炭均具有较高的二次吸附能力,对于处理低浓度含酚废水具有实际意义.     

甲胺磷离子选择性电极的研制及其应用

以四苯硼钠与甲胺磷在盐酸介质中生成的离子缔合物为电活性物质,首次研制出一种甲胺磷PVC涂层玻璃电极。并对该电极的响应机理及性能进行了研究。实验表明,该电极的Nernst响应范围为1×10-2~1×10-4(φ),斜率为50.28 mV/pφ。该电极响应迅速,重复性好,用于蔬菜中残留甲胺磷的测定,方法快速、准确,结果满意。     

STUDY ON METHANOLYSIS STABILITY OF OPTICALLY ACTIVE COPOLYMERS OF TRIPHENYLMETHYL METHACRYLATE AND METHYL METHACRYLATE

The methanolysis of poly(triphenylmethyl methacrylate) (PTrMA) and its copoly-mers P(TrMA-co-MMA), P(TrMA-b-MMA) has been studied in the presence of anhydrousmethanol at 40℃ by electroconductometric method. It has been found that the methanoly-sis stability can be obviously improved for the copolymer, especially, the radom copolymer,P(TrMA-co-MMA).     

联吡啶铁/H2O2体系在可见光下降解芥子气模拟剂2-CEES

采用联吡啶铁/H2O2体系在可见光照射条件下(λ>450nm)降解芥子气模拟剂2-氯乙基乙基硫醚(2-CEES).考察了不同反应条件下的降解效果,通过EPR分析确定了反应过程中产生的高活性物种,利用GC-MS和NMR等方法分析了反应的产物,跟踪了反应过程中TOC的变化,并根据结果对2-CEES光催化降解的反应机理进行了探讨.
